DuckDuckGo

Published: 03/09/20

A search engine that is privacy-focused. DDG claims they do not track your search history. This means users won't have the filter bubble of personalized results.

While GDPR and CCPA isn't mentioned on the privacy policy page, Gabriel who personally wrote the privacy policy says that his site is GDPR and CCPA-compliant while testifying to Senate:
“In many ways I come to you from the future: I run a business that is already GDPR and CCPA-compliant. Our privacy policy is straightforward and doesn’t require a law degree to decipher: We simply do not collect or share any personal information at all.”

"I (Gabriel Weinberg) am the founder of Duck Duck Go and personally wrote this privacy policy. If you have any questions or concerns, please submit feedback."
